NYBERG RETAIL CENTER

S7 modernized this existing retail center to enhance customer experience and improve tenants' value. By leveraging the natural habitat adjacent to the building, we extended the experience to create a more expansive feeling inside the center. We conducted a biophilic analysis of the adjacent natural habitat and space utilization plan. The renovation design mimicked fractal patterns and aligned with the existing landscape, bringing the outdoors inside and greatly enhancing the property and customer experience.
