MEET THE TEAM
“As the founder of Studio 7, I create spaces that inspire people to live, work, play and heal.”
As a child, I spent hours climbing trees and looking for the next space to explore the magic of a living ecosystem. In my 20’s, I moved to LA where I went to school to study nutrition, health and biomechanics - anything “body performance”. My surrounding environments were an aggregate of industry and well-being hospitals, pediatric clinics, wellness centers, chiropractic offices, dance studios, gyms etc. In these places, I developed a respect for our surroundings dynamic power on our health and performance.
With experience as a high level athlete, degrees in Interior Design, Sustainability, Health & Exercise Science, and training in earth medicine and sustainability. I offer a lived perspective of how important health and wellness are to driving outcomes in life, work and healing. I have also traveled extensively to experience healing modalities and spaces worldwide and incorporate this knowledge into my designs.
