This established business updated their Portland showroom and adjoining spaces for a more contemporary and cohesive experience for their customers and employees. The showroom is comprised of vignette spaces to illustrate various fireplace design styles in an array of home spaces. By assessing customer journey, we identified opportunities to optimize the flow and engagement from initial interaction, to purchase, delivery, and ongoing maintenance. We developed a contemporary color palette to complement a new modern logo and integrated brand identity throughout the showroom for a more cohesive, brand inclusive retail space designed to optimize the customer experience.
