This financial planning firm wanted to upgrade its downtown Portland office space and do so in a way that did not disrupt operations. Operating in a large open space, they wanted it tailored to support several incubator companies and varied employee work styles. The challenge was to deliver on economic creative design solutions vs. an extensive renovation. The multi-phased build-out plan was to ensure they had enough functional workspace to support business operations. We renovated the office space with tailored work zones to provide flexibility and foster productivity for a variety of work styles.
